I was enjoying a Deepak Chopra meditation this morning and he spoke about being the peacemaker.
I have often shared with my children the idea that if we want to see peace in our world then we must find peace within ourselves first and then to create peace within our family. This takes tolerance and an open mind to trust and honour each others journeys’.
When there is unrest in our world it is more important than ever to be the peacemaker – to share more love and uplifting vibrations. With the technology we have at our fingertips we can “be the change”, we can positively impact our world by sharing more love, we can use our social media to be positive, to blast our posts with love. This week at yoga I dedicated my practise to all those effected in France.
I am not saying to deny the unrest, I am suggesting we add energy to what we want to see in the world. Be kind and loving to your self, your family, your friends, smile more at strangers and pay it forward when ever you can , these are all ways we can positively impact our world and bring balance to the challenges.
We all have an important role to play, we can all make a difference. what are you choosing to do to positively impact our world?
