The Power Of Belief.

I have the good fortune  to mastermind with successful entrepreneurs on a regular basis on a variety of subjects , usually to do with personal growth and  performances, not just in business but in all areas of life.

I was having one of those masterminds recently with a beautiful female entrepreneur who had just achieved her goal of generating $50k in a month within her business and I was sharing with her that I have set that goal for myself, to be achieved before our next training event in September 2013.

We got to speaking about belief – belief in opportunity, our products and in ourselves. She shared with me a perspective I had not viewed and it shook me ( in a really good way) , I realised I had belief in everyone else around me but my belief in myself to achieve my goals in certain areas of my life was not strong.  Wow – .

The take away from our mastermind was that when we set our goals, we must not only be emotionally connected to them, we must also believe we can and will actually achieve them, otherwise its just wishful thinking that will never get you across the line.

I know what I have shared is  a simple  goal setting 101, however became aware that I knew this intellectually, but what our mastermind did was shift it to every cell in my body, a deep knowing. This is such a powerful realisation and I am sharing it with you in the hope it will support you to great heights.

I am so grateful to be surrounded by such generous and caring individuals who walk their talk and encourage others to be the best version of themselves.

As always I welcome your comments.

  1. Thanks for the eye-opener: I know I am grateful for that perspective shift to really KNOW in every fibre of my being what I know and have known for a long time in my head. Now, to just get past the wishful thinking phase of sorting my clutter…. 🙂
