Sharing Your Hearts Message.

“Follow your heart, but be quiet for a while first. Ask questions, then feel the answer. Learn to trust your heart.” Unknown

This morning I received two messages on being gentle with ourselves. The first was from a beautiful young man called Christian Pankhurst who teaches Heart Intelligence and the second from, Its all about Women .

These messages got me thinking about my hearts message and how important it is that we must be gentle with ourselves to listen and acknowledge our hearts message and then brave enough to share our own unique heart message with the world.

I know for myself that I can hold me back because I become fearful of the pain I have experienced in the past and wonder if I could possibly endure such depth of pain again, however I remind myself that we are the creators of our own reality and therefore staying in the fear will only bring me more of what I am fearful of so I encourage myself and I encourage you to listen to and share your own unique heart message with the people around you, your family your social media connections, work colleague and of course here with all of us.

My heart message is; to make a difference by supporting those who seek more. I do this by being compassionate and respectful for each individual’s journey, to be encouraging and positive to all I come into contact with and to be humble and grateful for all the amazing people, lessons and tools I have attracted into my life. By being the change I wish to see I will allow others to know what is possible.

I would dearly love to hear your hearts message, your sharing may touch someone else’s life and that is a beautiful thing.
